At Snow Castle, we serve sushi-centric Japanese courses featuring the most splendid ingredients selected by our executive chef who has a long career with a renowned establishment. This summer, we feature seasonal MURASAKI and BAFUN sea urchin for our special course.

This is a course filled with sea urchin, including 2 types of sweet urchin – MURASAKI purple and BAFUN short-spined, urchin sushi, and other clever urchin dishes. The satisfying set also includes oyster and Hokkaido wagyu beef.
