Carefully selected by our Sommelier, Snow Castle proudly stocks a wide variety of fine international wines and Japanese sake. Private room, exclusive parties, and sushi demonstration by our Executive Chef are available upon request.

Important notes, payment schedule and cancellation

  • All requests are subject to availability and only deemed confirmed if you receive a confirmation from Chalet Ivy
  • You automatically agree to the booking cancellation policy when making a request, which is ¥5,000 per guest if canceled within 48 hours of the dinner date
  • Please be informed that the cancellation policy for the special dates of Dec. 24, 25 & 31, 2019 and Jan 1, Jan 24 to 30, 2020 is 100% of the menu cost and deposit at ¥5,000 per guest is required to secure the booking
  • To secure your booking, your booking will be guaranteed by your credit card and Chalet Ivy is authorized to charge the cancellation fee to your credit card payable upon checking out, if applicable
  • Please note that the ¥20,000 course is available by reservation only
  • Your table will be held up to 30 minutes after your scheduled dining time. If you do not get in touch with the restaurant to inform of a late arrival, your reservation will be considered canceled, and your seat will be yielded to the next guest
  • Due to our limitation and for the safety of our guests, we do not accept guests who are allergic to seafood, raw fish or gluten. Vegetarian dinner is not available
  • Any allergies, special requests, or menu changes must be notified 24 hours in advance
  • Menus are not available for children under 6 years old
  • Kids’ menus (cooked food) are available for children 6 to 12 years old
  • Corkage fee: ¥3,000/bottle for wine (750ml) and sake (720ml), ¥5,000/magnum bottle of wine and sake (1800ml)

Group Booking Conditions

  • For groups of 10 or more, please send your enquiry to our reservation team (reservations@chaletivy.com)
  • Deposit of non-refundable 50% is required to secure the booking
  • Number of diners must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to date and full payment is required
  • Final payment, include tax and service charge, should be settled at the end of the dinner plus any other beverage costs

Exclusive use of Snow Castle / Private Room

Snow Castle

  • Minimum charge of JPY200,000, maximum of 30 persons
  • Special period: Dec 24, 25 & 31, 2018 & Jan 1, Feb 4 to 7, 2019 – minimum charge of JPY300,000, maximum of 30 persons

Private Room

  • Minimum charge of JPY128,000, maximum of 16 persons
  • Special period Dec 24, 25 & 31, 2018 & Jan 1, Feb 4 to 7, 2019 – minimum charge of JPY160,000, maximum of 16 persons

Please note

  • A booking of any party of 24 or above will be treated as exclusive use
  • All prices are subject to 8% consumption tax and 10% service charge

Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit (50% of minimum charge) is required to secure the booking upon confirmation
  • Number of diners must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to date and full payment is required
  • Final payment, include tax and service charge, should be settled at the end of the dinner plus any other beverage costs
