Job description:

  • Resort Hotel Restaurant Service Manager
  • Management of hotel food and beverage facilities
  • General service, budget / sales management, service framework organization, staff supervision, service shift management, beverage purchasing, inventory management, marketing planning

Qualifications

  • Experienced food and beverage department manager or assistant manager in the hotel / ryokan industry
  • Word / Excel basic operation
  • English conversation skills. All reports, documents, and conversations to headquarters are in English.
  • Preferred: Sommelier, Japanese sake, shochu, Japanese tea certification holders, Japanese skills for foreign applicants.

Working hours / days

  • Eight-hour work day (work shift system)
  • Annual variable working hour system

Leave / Holidays

  • 105 days of annual holidays (shift system), annual paid leave, condolence leave, childbirth and childcare leave, injury and illness leave, birthday leave, refreshment leave

Transportation

  • Commuting Allowance Available
  • Possible for commuting by private vehicle
